Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 3 days before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the arrival date are non-refundable, and no refund will be issued.

Hotel Policies

1. Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted in any area of the hotel premises, including guest rooms, public areas, and recreational facilities.

2. Smoking Policy

All guest rooms are non-smoking.
Smoking is not allowed inside rooms, corridors, or other indoor facilities.
If available, designated smoking areas will be clearly indicated by hotel management.

3. Swimming Pool Policy & Timings

The swimming pool is open to registered guests only.
Pool timings are as follows:

• Morning Session: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM

• Afternoon Session: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Guests are requested to follow all posted safety guidelines and pool rules.

4. Extra Adult Charges

Guests aged 12 years and above will be considered adults.
An extra adult charge of ₹800 per night will apply, in accordance with the hotel’s occupancy policy.

• Check-In Time: 12:30 PM

• Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM
