Terms & Conditions
By booking your stay with RB Resorts, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Confirmation
Reservations will be confirmed only upon receipt of full/advance payment as per the booking policy.
Guests must provide accurate personal details at the time of booking. Any incorrect information may result in cancellation of the booking.
2. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in Time: 12:00 PM onwards
Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
3. Cancellation & Amendments
Guests can cancel the booking 7 days prior to check-in.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations. Only amendments (date changes) are allowed, subject to availability and applicable rates.
Amendments must be requested in writing via email.
4. Payment Policy
All payments must be made through authorized channels (bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, etc.).
Additional charges for food, beverages, or services must be settled before check-out.
5. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect resort property and staff.
Any damage to property caused by guests will be chargeable.
Illegal activities, loud noise, or misconduct will lead to immediate cancellation of stay without refund.
6. Liability
RB Resorts is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables during the stay.
Use of swimming pools, recreational areas, and other facilities is at the guest’s own risk.
7. Force Majeure
RB Resorts shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh.
